Magnificently restored house on the Atlantic sea-front with elegantly appointed rooms including  living room, study (with television and sofa-bed), two bathrooms, two bedrooms – Master Bedroom with adjoining lookout reverie with porthole from the SS Laurentic – silk tissue blinds throughout on the stunning picture windows.  The spacious bedrooms have Victorian brass beds specially sourced by Mervyn Blanc of Yeats Country Antiques. Fabrics, and some furnishings, sourced by  Evelyn Mehaffey of  Stylish Living (0044 [0] 7779026526).  The stained glass in the interior doors was created for the house by Enda Clarke of Gecko Glasscraft, Rathcormack, Sligo. The interior is heated by an eco friendly system, and  has been decorated with specially selected Farrow & Ball heritage paint. The house is furnished with Irish art from the Lissadell collection by artists including Niall Campion, David Overend, Michael Gemmel, Carol Ann Naughton and Medbh Gillard. The fabric and rugs in the house are by William Morris and Sanderson, and the lamps are from the Royal Victoria & Albert heritage collection. The exterior has been landscaped by the Lissadell garden team (Noel, Robert, Ed). The promenade surrounding the house has a breakfast patio to the side with flamed Kilkenny limestone flagstones, and to the front a spectacular panorama of Drumcliff Bay & Knocknarea, and to the east views of Ben Bulben and King’s Mountain.
